Pelleted activated carbon for freshwater aquariums, premium quality
Superior Quality Activated Carbon for Aquarium
Filtration
Crystal Carb is a highly selected activated carbon specifically designed for freshwater aquariums. Its incredible active surface of 1300 m2/g allows it to adsorb up to 24g of methylene blue per 100g of carbon.
It is particularly effective for the continuous removal of organic pollutants, dyes (phenols), pesticides, medications, chlorine derivatives, and compounds that cause bad odors. It also helps to quickly resolve bacterial blooms and water cloudiness, as well as effectively remove cyanotoxins that negatively impact plant growth and fish health.
It clarifies the water, making it exceptionally clear and crystal-like.
Its purity is so high that it meets pharmaceutical standards.
Rinse in pure freshwater before use.
