How withdrawal works

You have 14 days to change your mind, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods; if an order arrives in several shipments, from the last one.

You can use the form above, the button next to each order in your customer area, or the link in your confirmation email. A plain email or certified email written by you is equally valid: what matters is that the declaration is sent within the deadline.

As soon as you confirm, we record the declaration and immediately send you a receipt with the date and time of transmission. We always record it, even if you think you are out of time: the deadline runs from delivery, which we do not know, so a person decides and not an automatic calculation. The refund is made within 14 days of your declaration, using the same means of payment you used; we may wait until we have received the goods or proof that you have sent them.

Returning the goods is arranged and paid for by you: you choose the carrier and bear the return costs. We refund the price of the products and the delivery charges you paid when ordering, up to the cost of standard delivery.

For some products withdrawal does not apply, and it is stated on each product page before purchase: live organisms, which cannot be kept; sealed products that have been opened, for hygiene and health protection reasons; goods made to your measure. The information stays recorded on the order, so even later you can see how it was that day.
