Reef System Advanced I II and III is a set of ready-to-use products, designed for the continuous and stable maintenance of the essential elements that are consumed in reef aquariums with SPS and LPS corals.
To complete the integration of macro, micro and trace elements, use Reef System Advanced Macro and Micro according to instructions.
The raw material used for the preparation has a pharmaceutical grade purity.
We recommend keeping KH in the range of 7 to 9 dKH (2.5-3.2 meq/l). Before performing the dosage, measure the KH level using the Aquatic Lab reagent test and calculate the calcium consumption over 2-7 days. Next, calculate the daily amount of II to be dosed to keep the value stable.
In case it is not possible to use the online calculator, use the formula:
Daily dose (ml) = (Reading 1 - Reading 2) / Days * Liters / 9
Example:
Reading 1 = 8 dKH
Reading 2 = 6 dKH
Days elapsed between Reading 1 and Reading 2 = 7
Aquarium capacity = 300 liters
Daily dose (ml) = (8 - 6) / 7 * 300 / 9 = 3.9 ml/day
