Because of multiple stress factors in the aquarium, the onset of parasitic diseases in fish may be experienced. Treatment with Copper is often the only way to cure infected fish and to prevent new outbreaks. However, copper concentrations above therapeutic values can be toxic for fish and invertebrates.
The ELOS Cu kit can be used both to "detect" the presence of Copper and to measure its residue before and after treatments. It is also excellent for checking the quality of mains drinking water.
